My name is Monika Sypniewicz. I am a sworn translator of English registered with the Polish Ministry of Justice under no. TP/58/09.
Since 2009 I have been interpreting at notarial acts in Wroclaw, powers of attorney, property sale agreements, inheritance proceedings. My office is in the city centre, at ul. Ruska 41/42, suite 18.
Under Art. 2 para. 3 of the Polish Notarial Law, if a party to a notarial act does not speak Polish, the notary should translate the deed personally or with the assistance of an interpreter. In practice, notary offices require a sworn translator registered with the Ministry of Justice.

A simple power of attorney: 30 to 45 minutes. Property sale or inheritance matters: 1 to 2 hours. Billing is based on actual time, minimum 1 hour.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Send me the date and notary office address, I will confirm availability within 30 minutes on business days.
Can I send the draft deed in advance?
Yes, if the notary provides a draft, I will review it before the meeting. This makes the proceedings smoother.
How does payment work?
Cash, BLIK or bank transfer, required when booking. I issue a receipt or VAT invoice as preferred.
What if the notary appointment is rescheduled?
Let me know as soon as possible, I will do my best to accommodate the new date.
