My name is Monika Sypniewicz. I am a sworn translator of English registered with the Polish Ministry of Justice under no. TP/58/09.
Since 2009 I have been interpreting at notarial acts in Wroclaw, powers of attorney, property sale agreements, inheritance proceedings. My office is in the city centre, at ul. Ruska 41/42.
Under Art. 2 para. 3 of the Polish Notarial Law, if a party to a notarial act does not speak Polish, the notary should translate the deed personally or with the assistance of an interpreter. In practice, notary offices require a sworn translator registered with the Ministry of Justice.
