Bank transfer, BLIK (Polish mobile payment), or cash. Receipt or invoice on request.
Pickup & delivery
Pick up in person, by post, or courier. Scan available on request.
Original document A clear scan or photo is enough for the quote. I will tell you if the original needs to be shown. I do not certify translations completed by others or arrange apostilles or legalisation.

How much does express translation cost?
The express fee depends on the type and length of the document. I confirm the price after reviewing the scan. Express turnaround may be possible for short, simple documents into English or German. I confirm availability after reviewing the document.
Is the sworn translator stamp included in the price?
Yes. The price includes certification by the sworn translator completing the order. If you need additional copies, I will list them separately in the quote.
What payment methods are accepted?
I accept bank transfer, BLIK, and cash. A receipt or invoice is available on request. Payment is due on collection or after the translation scan is sent.
Why do prices vary between documents?
The price depends on the number of standard pages (1,125 characters incl. spaces) in the translated text, the language pair, and the complexity of the document. Fixed packages apply to Polish documents into English or German: an abridged birth certificate costs 120 PLN, and a full certificate 180 PLN. Both prices are final.
Who will translate my document?
I complete sworn English translations personally. For German, Italian, French, Dutch and Ukrainian, I work with sworn translators of those languages.
