Certified copy clause: please bring the original document when collecting. This does not apply to unsigned or electronic documents. If the translation does not require a certified-copy clause, bringing the original is not necessary.

How is a standard page calculated?
A standard page is 1,125 characters including spaces of the translated text. This is the official billing unit for sworn translations in Poland, set by a regulation of the Minister of Justice. The minimum charge is one standard page.
Is the quote free of charge?
Yes, quotes are always free and non-binding. Just send a scan or clear photo of your document to info@tlumaczeniaprzysiegle.wroclaw.pl. You will receive an exact price and turnaround time, usually within 30 minutes during business hours.
How much does express translation cost?
The express fee depends on the type and length of the document. I confirm the price after reviewing the scan. Express turnaround is available for short English and German documents.
Is the sworn translator stamp included in the price?
Yes, the price includes full certification: the sworn translator stamp, signature, repertorium number, and the certification clause. There are no extra fees for document authentication.
What payment methods are accepted?
I accept bank transfer, BLIK, and cash. A receipt or invoice is available on request. Payment is due on collection or after the translation scan is sent.
Why do prices vary between documents?
The price depends on the number of standard pages (1,125 characters incl. spaces) in the translated text, the language pair, and the complexity of the document. For example, an abridged birth certificate costs 120 PLN (approx. 2 pages), while a full birth certificate costs 180 PLN (approx. 3 pages).
